SWL families should have received an email on Tuesday, October 14th with an Initial Learning Update (Progress Report) for each course.

Parents/Guardians are encouraged to discuss progress with their student and see where any challenges exist. For those where a conversation with the teacher is urgently needed, interview appointments are being made for Thursday, Oct 23rd evening interviews (by appointment only, 4-7 pm). In cases where the teacher considers the interview critical, they will have reached out directly. 

To book an appointment:

• Click on ‘Make a Booking’ (top right corner of page)

• Type in the code: 424zn

• Enter all information, as required

• Choose the teachers of your child, and press ‘Go'

• Select the best available time for you for your appointment

• All interviews are conducted in-person at the school

• student attendance along with the parent/guardian is highly recommended in most cases

If you are unable to book an interview, parents/guardians can reach out to teachers via email as required to discuss any concerns. Staff List/Emails

Interviews will take place in-person Oct. 23 either in the Cafeteria (teacher surnames A - L)  or the Library (teacher surnames M - Z).  Interviews are limited to 10 minutes each. Please be respectful of the allotted time.
